45 Day Guarantee
As healthcare professionals ourselves, all our Light Solutions Company customers are our colleagues and friends. For that reason, we guarantee all products that we make for 45 days from the delivery date. We are confident on our products and know they will brighten your day. If any of our products don’t meet your expectations, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for a repair or replacement.
We reserve the right to exclude items from this 45-Day Guarantee if they have not been maintained properly or items that have been altered or abused. Normal wear and tear include, but is not limited to, minor scuffs on eyewear.
If you have questions about care of your loupes, lights and/or accessories, we are happy to help provide in-depth recommendations.
Please note that all clearance items are excluded from the 45-Day guarantee, including all exchanges and/or returns listed below. All sales on Clearance items are final.
Exchange & Return Policy
We want all our colleagues and friends at Light Solutions Company to be happy. If something isn’t right, we want to address and fix it. We want to make it right so you’re happy and thrilled with our products.
We ask as a courtesy, that if you’d like to exchange or return an item:
- We cannot accept returns on altered items. If you have altered your loupes and/or lights, we are unable to take them back.
- We cannot accept returns on lights and/or batteries over a year old. It is natural for battery performance to degrade over time due to lithium metal/battery electrolyte reactions. Science and technology have yet to find a way to create a non-degrading battery. Our cell phones decrease its ability to hold a charge over time, and so do our batteries. Battery replacement typically is needed periodically for optimal performance.
- All clearance items are final. Refunds cannot be issued.
- The original storage box must be sent back.
- Items must be returned in excellent condition – no stains, scuffs, scratches or breakage of any kinds.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if it has clearly been altered, worn or damaged.
- We offer exchanges and returns when a customer notifies us within 45 days of the delivery date. A prepaid USPS return label can be requested if you send an email to our team at email@example.com. We also ask that you please fill out and include the accompanying form to make sure your request is processed correctly and promptly. A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected, minus a $15 shipping and processing fee.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We try with 110% our best, but in some cases, we understand that our products may not be a fit for you. Below is a breakdown of our exchange and return policies:
Safety Frames and Glasses:
Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you may return them for a full refund in their original perfect condition within 45 days. A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected, minus a $15 shipping and processing fee.
Exchanges: If for any reason you would like to exchange your frames, you may send them back in their original perfect condition within 45 days. An exchange will be processed once the product is received and inspected, minus a $15 shipping and processing fee.
Manufacturing Defects: If you detect a manufacturing defect that is covered by our manufacturer’s warranty, we ask you return the glasses to us and we will help process the warranty replacement on your behalf. Please note, we will work hard on with our manufacturers to support this request, and it is by their discretion, not ours.
Perfect Loupes Guarantee: If your loupes are not made perfectly to your pupillary distance, we will remake the loupes at no cost to you and do a one-time free redo within 45 days.
Returns: We have a 45-Day trial period for any loupes. Outside of the 45-Day trial period, there will be a 20% restocking fee. A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected, minus a $15 shipping and processing fee.
Perfect Light Guarantee: We warranty our headlights for 6 months. Batteries aren’t made forever. Natural performance degradation occurs over time due to lithium metal/battery electrolyte reactions, exhibiting diminishing capacity. Water damage is not covered and will void warranty.
Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your light, you may return them for a full refund in their original perfect condition within 45 days. A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected, minus a $15 shipping and processing fee.
Exchanges: If for any reason you would like to exchange your light, you may send them back in their original perfect condition within 45 days. An exchange will be processed once the product is received and inspected, minus a $15 shipping and processing fee.
We proudly design our products with thought and care in Carlsbad, California, and we stand behind the quality of our products. We work with luxury frame designers all over the world, including New York and Italy and are Authorized Retailers of Prada, Michael Kors, Coach and Tory Burch. Nothing we do is a knock off or a fake. We see all Light Solutions Company imitations as the sincerest form of flattery.
We will warranty all non-clearance items from any manufacturer flaws, defects or failures for 45 days after delivery. We reserve the right to refuse warranty on any items that appear to be damaged by misuse, modification or lack of care.
We offer USPS shipping options including delivery to P.O. and F.P.O Boxes. Your order may include a small handling fee for the cost of the shipping service and location of delivery. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Usual delivery time for UPS Ground is 2-7 working days, depending on your distance from our Southern California warehouse.
All custom loupes are made to order. Manufacturing, shipping and processing time may vary based on the designer manufacturer and availability of your selected frames. We work with manufacturers as far out as Italy, making lead time vary.
For international orders, please allow addition time for shipping. International rates and shipping charges will apply. You may or may not receive a separate duty charge/bill directly from customs, depending on the importing policies of your country. Light Solutions Company is not responsible for any applicable duties or import custom fees.
Our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We process orders during our hours of operation Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:00 pm PT, excluding holidays.

Bulk Ordering & Price Quotes
If you are interested in purchasing Light Solutions Company’s loupes in large quantities, building a practice from scratch or part of the U.S. military, we will be more than happy to provide you with a customized price quote. Please contact us at email@example.com.
If you reside in the United States and are not a reseller or tax-free governmental agency, we are required to add applicable sales tax. You may/may not receive a separate duty charge/bill directly from customs, depending on the importing policies of your country.
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express for all types of orders. Payments made be made on our website.
You will be promptly informed by email of delivery dates for products that are back-ordered. Other items in your order, if available, will be shipped immediately. There is no additional shipping charge for backordered items. We apologize for any inconvenience if your selected items are not currently available. We are doing our best given the supply chain issues.
There may be occasional, accidental errors found on our website. We reserve the right to make corrections in the event of a misprint or change.
